ARTICLE 1: ACCEPTANCE OF G.L. CHAPTER 59, SECTION 57A TAX INTEREST AND PAYMENT
To determine whether the Town will vote to accept the provisions ofMGL Chapter 59, Section 57 A, regarding payment and interest on real and personal property tax bills $100 or less, pass any vote or take any action relative thereto.

To see if the town will vote to amend the Town of Rochester Zoning By-Laws, Section XXI, Large Scale Solar Photovoltaic Installations, as follows
Section XXI: Large Scale Solar Photovoltaic Installations Subsection 1.2. Applicability
Insert the Following: c"Large-Scale ground mounted solar installations are not permitted within 1000' of any commonwealth or town designated scenic road unless existing topographic features of the landscape preclude observation of the solar arrays from the scenic road."
