Article 1 Prior Year Bills
To see if the Town will vote to appropriate the sum of $13,928 from Free Cash to pay prior year bills, or take any action relative thereto.

Article 2 Appropriation for Town Road Improvements
To see if the Town will vote to appropriate the sum of $150,000 from Free Cash for the purpose of funding the repair and improvements of the town roads and streets, or take any action relative thereto.

Article 3 Appropriation to Stabilization Fund
To see if the Town will vote to appropriate the sum of $300,000 from Free Cash to the Capital Improvement Stabilization Fund, or take any action relative thereto.

Article 4 Authorization of Easement
To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Board of Selectmen to enter into agreement for the purpose of negotiating an easement along the eastern most exit from Shipyard Park along the boundary with property owned by Randall and Daune Smith more specifically as shown on the Mattapoisett Assessor's Maps as Map 9 Lot 183, for the purpose of maintaining the current width of this town access road which currently encroaches on the property of Randall and Daune Smith, all as shown on a Map entitled and dated, on file with the Mattapoisett Town Clerk's Office or take any action relative thereto.

Article 5 Amendment of General Bylaws
To see if the Town will vote to amend the Mattapoisett General Bylaws by the following:
The Mattapoisett Board of Selectmen in consultation with the Police Chief may institute parking bans in Mattapoisett in the event of a snow emergency. Authority to authorize fines and ticketing of violation of snow parking bans shall be set by the Board of Selectmen with consultation with the Police Chief, or take any action relative thereto.

Article 6 Petition for a Home Rule Amendment
To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Board of Selectmen to file a Home Rule Petition that would require any addition, amendment, modification, or deletion to the Mattapoisett General Bylaws to require a two thirds majority vote of Town Meeting, or take any action relative thereto.

Article 7 Funding for Marion Road Water Main Re-lining
To see if the Town will vote to appropriate the sum of $450,000 by borrowing for the purpose of funding the re-lining of water mains on Marion Road, including all costs incidental and related thereto, and to meet this appropriation the Treasurer, with the approval of the Board of Selectmen, is authorized to borrow said sum pursuant to M.G.L. Ch. 44, section 8(7C), or any other enabling authority, and to issue bonds and notes therefor, or take any action relative thereto.

Article 15 Library Roof Repairs
To see if the town will vote to appropriate a sum of money from Free Cash, for the purpose of replacing the roof system on the north and south wings of the Public Library, present shingles have had a product failure recognized by the manufacturer and replacement is necessary to alleviate a safety hazard, any funds received as part of a litigation settlement, or class action against the manufacturer shall be used as an off-set towards the cost of the replacement, or take any action relative thereto.
