ARTICLE 1: STABILIZATION FUND: To see if the Town will vote to raise and
appropriate or transfer from available funds the sum of $222,000 for
appropriation to the Stabilization Fund.
ARTICLE 1 PASSED, 200 to 0.
ARTICLE 2: FY 2007 RESERVE FUND: To see if the Town will vote to raise
and appropriate or transfer from available funds $40,000 for appropriation
to the FY 2007 Reserve Fund.
ARTICLE 2 PASSED, 200 to 0.
ARTICLE 3: SANITARY LANDFILL ENTERPRISE OPERATING BUDGET FY 2007: To see
if the Town will vote to transfer from available funds the sum of $20,000
for the purpose of covering a projected revenue shortfall in the sanitary
Landfill Enterprise Fund.
ARTICLE 3 PASSED, 198 to 2.
ARTICLE 4: SEWER ENTERPRISE OPERATING BUDGET FY 2007: To see if the Town
will vote to transfer from available funds the sum of $250,000 for the
purpose of covering a projected revenue shortfall in the Sewer Enterprise
Fund.

ARTICLE 5: COMPUTER APPLICATION - FINANCIAL: To see if the Town will
vote to transfer the sum of $14,130 from Financial Consulting Services
(ARTICLE 15, STM 10/25/2004) to Computer Application - Financial (ARTICLE 7,
STM 1/14/2002) for the purpose of acquiring Vision Appraisal Data Bridge
Software and Collector Receipts Turnover Software for the Assessor's, Town
Accountant's and Treasurer/Collector's offices.

ARTICLE 6: REPAIR TOWN HALL ROOF: To see if the Town will vote to
transfer from available funds the sum of $1,700 for the purpose of making
repairs to the Town Hall roof.

ARTICLE 7: REPAIR TOWN HALL HEATING SYSTEM: To see if the Town will vote
to transfer from available funds the sum of $1,200.00 for the purpose of
making repairs to the Town Hall heating system.

ARTICLE 8: POLICE STATION MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR: To see if the Town
will vote to transfer from available funds the sum of $10,000 for the
purpose of making various repairs to the interior of the Police Station.

ARTICLE 9: REFINISH FLOORS - CENTER SCHOOL (LIBRARY RELOCATION): To see
if the Town will vote to transfer from available funds the sum of $5,000 for
the purpose of refinishing the hardwood floors of the historic section of
Center School following relocation of the Mattapoisett Free Public Library.

ARTICLE 10: SETTLEMENT CLAIM - LOCAL SCHOOLS: To see if the Town will
vote to transfer from available funds the sum of $50,000 for the purpose of
covering the cost of a claim settlement agreement.
ARTICLE 10 was WITHDRAWN.
ARTICLE 11: LEGAL EXPENSE - LITIGATION AND COLLECTIVE BARGAINING: To see
if the Town will vote to transfer from available funds the sum of $50,500
for the purpose of covering legal fees and expenses arising from litigation
and collective bargaining.

ARTICLE 12: GASOLINE SPILL EXPENSE - CLEANUP AND MONITORING: To see if
the Town will vote to transfer from available funds the sum of $29,745 for
the purpose of covering expenses related to the cleanup, monitoring and
reporting of the Police Station gasoline spill.

ARTICLE 13: GASOLINE SPILL EXPENSE - MA DEP FEE: To see if the Town will
vote to transfer from available funds the sum of $3,000 for the purpose of
covering the cost of the Massachusetts DEP Tier IC fee assessment.

ARTICLE 14: SRPEDD ASSESSMENT - FY 2007: To see if the Town will vote to
transfer from available funds the sum of $1,500 for the purpose of covering
the cost of the FY 2007 assessment of the Southeast Regional Planning and
economic Development District (SRPEDD).

ARTICLE 15: FY 2007 LEASE AGREEMENT - LIBRARY AND LOCAL SCHOOLS: To see
if the Town will vote to transfer from available funds the sum of $6,000 for
the purpose of covering the cost of the FY 2007 lease agreement to house the
Mattapoisett Free Public Library at Center School.

ARTICLE 16: LIBRARY - SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BOOKS: To see if the Town will
vote to transfer from available funds the sum of $8,000 for the purpose of
covering the cost of subscriptions and acquisitions.

ARTICLE 17: GASB 34/45 - FINANCIAL EXPENSE: To see if the Town will vote
to transfer from available funds the sum of $5,000 for the purpose of
covering the cost of consultant services and related expenses arising from
compliance with Government Accounting Standards Board Rule 34 and Rule 45.

ARTICLE 18: PURCHASE SOFTWARE - TOWN CLERK: To see if the Town will vote
to transfer from available funds the sum of $3,475 for the purpose of
covering the cost to acquire and license animal licensing software.

ARTICLE 19: TELEPHONE CABLING AND ALARM - TOWN HALL: To see if the Town
