ARTICLE S1 To see if the Town will vote to appropriate, upon the recommendation of the Community Preservation Committee, from the Fiscal Year 2013 estimated annual revenues, $84,300 for the purpose of meeting the requirements of the Community Preservation Act, G.L. C. 44B, section 6, for the purposes of Open Space, Community Housing and Historic Resources, for Fiscal Year 2013; or take any other action thereon.

ARTICLE S2 To see if the Town will vote to act upon the recommendation of the Community Preservation Committee to appropriate, from the Fiscal Year 2013 estimated annual revenues, $10,000 from Open Space estimated annual revenues, $10,000 from Community Housing estimated annual revenues, and $10,000 from estimated annual revenues, for a total of $30,000 to the Buzzards Bay Area Habitat for Humanity to construct a Habitat for Humanity Home, to be located at 185 Wareham St., lot B, Marion, MA; or any other action thereon.

ARTICLE S3 To see if the Town will vote to amend Article II (Town Meetings), Section 1 of the General By-Laws of the Town of Marion by striking the section in its entirety and inserting in place thereof the following: "The Annual Town Meeting shall be held on the second Monday in May" or take any other action thereon.

ARTICLE S4 To see if the Town will vote to amend Article V (Town Beaches), Section 4 of the General By-Laws of the Town of Marion by striking the section in its entirety and insert in place thereof the following: "It shall be unlawful for any person to consume alcoholic beverages on any beach owned by the Town of Marion without having first obtained a liquor license from the Board of Selectman in accordance with the applicable provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 138"; or take any other action thereon.

ARTICLE S5 To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from available funds in the Treasury (Free Cash) the sum of $26,500 to perform mold remediation services in the basement of the Marion Town House as outlined in a Mold Assessment Report conducted by OccuHealth, Inc.; or take any other action thereon.
