Halloween Writting Contest Entry 11
The following story was submitted as an entry in The Wanderer second annual Halloween Writing Contest.

Every year at the pumpkin patch on Halloween, the witch would sit on a pumpkin. So my next door neighbor said there is no such thing.
I said there is such a thing!
Then I will go on Halloween and sit there.
If I were you, I wouldn't do that.
I don't care what you say.
So, he just thought there was no witch.
For the next month he kept saying, "They are going to be wrong."
Finally, it was Halloween and he went to the pumpkin patch. He sat there and then at 11:30 something happened.
Whoosh went the wind and something picked him up and he cried, "help!"
Nobody could hear him because everybody was sleeping. The next morning I went to the pumpkin patch and he wasn't there. So I sat there and sat there and he didn't come. After that day, I never saw him again.
Ha! Ha! Ha!
