Reflection on Valentine’s Day.
The aura of caring deeply manifests its magnetism through many channels. Valentine’s Day offers an opportunity to consciously make time for sentimentally expressing the warm tones in the heart. While we purchase cards, chocolates and flowers, if only we were thunderstruck to comprehend love from a sublime source of serenity.
Every day deserves a chance to express love. Checkbooks, credit card statements, and calendars reveal and reflect what we value. When our giving matches our values, we are living authentically. The legacy we leave is built one day at a time. Love is a catalyst. Humbly, unconditionally caring about others is the foundation of building the bridge of peace. To develop peace in our world, we must turn inwardly so we can hear the inspirations from that Higher Power that created all of us.
We have choices, and the choice to sincerely love and grow in character is ours. In every day, the value of deeply caring and peace can be synonymous with Valentine’s Day. As we seek wisdom, our sense of discernment sharpens. We are not all meant to be glorified in worldwide endeavors. However, we are meant to bloom where we are planted – to make a difference for the good of all. This Valentine’s Day, consider contemplating on giving of your best self to bring out the best in someone else. “One act of kindness can’t change the world, but it can change one person’s world.” Individually “paying it forward in love and peace” is contagious vitality; it can help to bring renewed hope, peace and respect in our divided world by being open to restoring love in the hearts of all.
