Jane F. (Goudreau) Curry, 88, of New Bedford, formerly of Marion, died November 21, 2021 at St. Luke’s Hospital, New Bedford. She was the wife of the late Clyde Curry and the daughter of the late Frederick and Mildred (Flanagan) Goudreau.
She was born in Pawtucket, RI and lived in Dover, NH and Marion before moving to New Bedford. She graduated from Sacred Heart High School in Pawtucket, RI.
Mrs. Curry worked as a Communications Officer for the Federal Government in Vermont for 3 years before retiring.
She enjoyed large family gatherings, visiting with her grandchildren and great grandchildren, playing Bingo, and watching the New England Patriots and QVC.
Survivors include her children, Kevin Curry and his wife Karen of Union, ME, Lori Harrison of East Freetown, Cheryl Stevens and her husband James of West Wareham, Brian Curry and his wife Lynn of Parkland, FL, John Curry and his wife Amy of Bourne and FL and James Curry of West Wareham; many grandchildren and several great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son, Steven Curry and her brother, Frederick Goudreau.
