On March 16, 17, 18, 23 & 24, the Marion Art Center will provide the perfect date-night comedy: Romantic Fools, a comic vaudeville revue by playwright Rich Orloff and directed by Sheila Furtado. The play consists of 11 two-character sketches examining love, lust, dating, and romance — from a date with a caveman to the joys of dull love-making. With influences of Monty Python, Saturday Night Live, Jules Feiffer, the Marx Brothers, and classic vaudeville comedy, these sketches vary in style but all celebrate the inherent hilarity of male-female relationships. Take note: this show is for adults only!
