The Massachusetts State Primary Election is scheduled for Tuesday, September 4, 2018. In Mattapoisett, polls will be open from 7 am until 8 pm at Old Hammondtown School, 20 Shaw Street. The last day to register to vote or change your party affiliation for the primary is Wednesday, August 15, 2018. The Town Clerk’s Office will be open until 8 pm that day. Absentee ballots are now available during normal business hours to those who qualify to receive one.
