Ms. Elizabeth Dopazo, an eleven-year-old at the time of the war, she was invited to speak to Ms. McKeon’s class through an organization called Facing History and Ourselves. “These students really are the last generation who will be able to meet a survivor face to face,” Ms. McKeon said.
