Old Rochester Regional Youth Football350 viewsThe Old Rochester Regional Youth Football teams are hitting the fields hard in order to prepare for their upcoming 2012 season. This year marks the seventh year for the program. With over 150 players in the program, there are six teams and a dedicated staff of coaches and parents for a support system. New Year Plunge350 viewsOn January 1, 2013, Mattapoisett Town Beach played host to a New Year’s polar plunge fundraiser. The event, which attracted over 400 people, raised money to benefit BAM Foundation, Inc., a New Bedford non-profit which donates money to South Coast families dealing with members who have cancer.
