ORR Hockey294 viewsOn Saturday, January 19, the Old Rochester Regional Varsity Ice Hockey Team ventured to the John Gallo Ice Arena in Bourne to face off against the Wareham Vikings. Members of the ORR team check out the scoreboard, which was quite active all night. The official score for the game was 12-2 in ORR’s favor, however, the scoreboard stopped keeping score at 8-2 due to the landslide victory. Rochester Country Fair 294 viewsThe Rochester Country Fair rolled into town on Thursday, August 18, filled the air with the sweet smells of Italian sausage and fried fair food, mixed with the smoke of diesel engines, and created that magical scent we all relish until the fair wrapped up on Sunday, August 21. Tractor pulls, animal shows, kids’ games, music, and wrestling (including the match between The Aardvark and Buck Chuck) delighted us while it lasted in the bucolic setting of Rochester, Massachusetts.
