Bi Todd Ramp Sign Renewed350 viewsAfter David "Bi" Todd passed away in 2009, Mattapoisett resident Matthew Arguin, along with a friend, came up with a plan to have the state boat ramp dedicated to him after all his years of hauling boats on it.
