Opening night is Thursday, December 5, with shows and special “Santa Matinees” running until Sunday, December 8. High Winds and Waves336 viewsOn February 7, rain and high winds hit Southeastern Massachusetts, resulting in thousands of electrical outages. The hardest hit in the Tri-Town area was Rochester with more than 500 Eversource customers reporting wires down and service interruptions from mid-afternoon into the night. Waterman Reunion335 viewsThe Third Annual Waterman School Reunion took place at the Rochester Memorial School on Saturday, September 12 attracting over 100 former students of the venerable elementary school. Waterman school, which was in the building that now houses the Rochester Fire Department, was the forerunner to RMS during the first half of the Twentieth Century. The rain couldn't dampen holiday spirits as visitors enjoyed delicious food and listened to Christmas music performed by the Showstoppers.
