Rochester Country Fair336 viewsRochester’s Country Fair was a great success despite the cancellation of the Town Ball Game, Woodsman Show, the Block dance and the Bonfire due to EEE. The weather was perfect on Saturday as children raced frogs, climbed walls, bounced in castles and much more. Although the weather was less than perfect on Sunday, residents lined the streets with lawn chairs and umbrellas to watch as the Hillbilly themed parade passed. Photos by Felix Perez.

Fun with Pollination336 viewsAt the last Cranberry after-school program participants from the Natural History Museum learned about pollinators on the bog. The kids got a chance to see how difficult it is to jump in waders, a job requirement for most bog workers. Many thanks to Dawn Allen of the Cape Cod Cranberry Growers Association for her wonderful programs - and free snacks! The next after-school program will be "Nature Crafts" - a holiday workshop and party at the museum on December 14th at 3:30.
