Marion 4th of July Parade142 viewsMarion Town Administrator Jay McGrail and Select Board members Norm Hills, John Waterman, and Randy Parker walked the Independence Day parade route on Monday morning along with veterans, marching bands, Boy and Girl Scout troops, youth baseball teams, decorated floats, fire engines, and a convoy of antique cars. Nolan Fest142 viewsThe first-ever Nolan Fest was held on July 11 at Silvershell Beach in Marion to honor the late Nolan Gibbons, who tragically passed away on August 18, 2020. The festival featured live music and words presented by area and national contributors, along with video tributes and a fire show.
