Professional forest bathing guide and author Nadine Mazzola led our group through some simple and restful exercises such as "the pleasures of presence" and noticing "what's in motion", to slow down and allow the forest to help us relax and feel more joyful.

The longtime fundraising event was not held in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic but made a roaring return on Saturday, as children raced their homemade go-carts and collected donations for the Murphy and Others, Living Interdependently for Future Endeavors, Inc.
