Fare Thee Well203 viewsDanni Kleimann led the school staff one last time on Wednesday, June 21, for the annual RMS student send-off. This year, the day marked Kleimann’s last day at RMS as she is retiring after 31 years. Kleimann is best known for directing the Shakespeare plays at RMS and for orchestrating the student send-off every summer. Cushing Community Center on August 12 with an Open House, welcoming the general public to view the results of a months-long renovation that converted the old VFW Post #2425 building into a center for seniors and all residents to enjoy. The addition was dedicated to contractor Matthew Sherman, who passed away before completion of the project. Rescue cats now enjoy more space and an outdoor catio while they pass the time before finding a forever home. Photos by Jean Perry
