WINDFALL, sailed by Tom Kenney of the New Bedford Yacht Club and Bob Jackson of Cohasset, took First Place, edging out Second Place finisher Bob Sachetti of Boston, who was single handing YOUNG AMERICA.

Tie-Dyed at ORR680 viewsStudents in Ms. Gauvin’s eighth grade science class at Old Rochester Regional Junior High School learned about chemical reactions and colors during a tie-dye shirt-making session held this past week. UMass Dartmouth Chemistry Professor Tobey Dills (right background) and members of the UMass Dartmouth Chemistry Club were on hand to supervise the proceedings.
