Rochester Country Fair373 viewsRochester’s Country Fair was a great success despite the cancellation of the Town Ball Game, Woodsman Show, the Block dance and the Bonfire due to EEE. The weather was perfect on Saturday as children raced frogs, climbed walls, bounced in castles and much more. Although the weather was less than perfect on Sunday, residents lined the streets with lawn chairs and umbrellas to watch as the Hillbilly themed parade passed. Photos by Felix Perez.

These frames contain photos of her grandparents Nathaniel and Betsy Barros. Betsy Barros was the cousin of Lavinia Warren Stratton, the wife of General Tom Thumb who was made famous by P.T. Barnum. Octopurr Fest370 viewsIt’s All About the Animals held its 5th annual Octopurr Fest on October 6. The fundraiser featured food, games, music, and craft booths. Owner and operator of the no-kill shelter, Pam Robinson, said 100 percent of all proceeds would go directly to the care of the felines.
