Cushing Post 2425 Veterans of Foreign Wars. We took a close look at the insides of cranberries to discover what makes them float, counted seeds - which tell us how many times a plant was fertilized by a bee – and had a chance to see how far we could "bounce" a berry. The Marion town band entertained the crowd until dusk when the night's big show lit up the sky's above Sippican Harbor.
