Marion Art Center202 views“Curiosity” by painter Jane Egan is a petite framed oil on canvas. It is joy in the form of a playful cow close-up. The technique of layering oils to create a realistic tactile surface gives the curious bovine a more realistic appearance. This engaging piece and many more are featured in the Marion Art Center’s 2022 Winter Members Show on exhibit through February 11. Photo by Marilou Newell
