The fund raiser was originally scheduled to run for two nights and to include Sunday but was cancelled due to Hurricane Sandy. In Marion, the parade included Cub Scout Pack 32, Master of Ceremonies Joe Napoli, and the Sippican School Band. In Mattpoisett, Daniel Mazzuca gave a speech that focused on what our country can do for veterans in need of jobs, housing, and mental health services. 5th Annual 5K Turkey Trot278 viewsThere were 31 registered runners for this year’s 5th Annual 5K Turkey Trot for Marion Recreation on Sunday, November 22. The course takes runners from Tabor Academy down Front Street through the village and back again to Tabor.
