The fund raiser was originally scheduled to run for two nights and to include Sunday but was cancelled due to Hurricane Sandy. In Marion, the parade included Cub Scout Pack 32, Master of Ceremonies Joe Napoli, and the Sippican School Band. In Mattpoisett, Daniel Mazzuca gave a speech that focused on what our country can do for veterans in need of jobs, housing, and mental health services. The course takes runners from Tabor Academy down Front Street through the village and back again to Tabor. Marion Christmas Stroll 278 viewsThe Marion Christmas Stroll is one of the quintessential holiday events in Tri-Town, with Santa making his grand entrance via boat and hopping aboard a horse-drawn carriage to ride through Marion village with some lucky kids who hop aboard with him.
