Sadie helps children learn to read every week at the library. In celebration of her birthday, the library will be collecting pet goods to be donated to a local animal shelter at the end of the month. Big Trucks285 viewsDespite the soggy weather on Saturday, May 11th, close to 100 kids of all ages came to Marion Recreation’s Kid’s Equipment Day held at Town Field on Main Street. Kids were able to climb and explore a fire truck, ambulance, bucket truck, police cruiser, street sweeper and construction vehicles. All children received a free fire hat or construction hat. Many volunteers were on hand to assist the kids and to answer any questions.

Sippican School Open House285 viewsSippican School students had the chance to meet their teachers and discover their classrooms on August 31, the final day of school vacation. Each teacher devised their own scavenger hunt for the kids that helped the students discover their classrooms.
