Christmas Day Plunge145 viewsAt 94, Bob Humphrey was the elder statesman participating in the Christmas Day plunge held at Mattapoisett Town Beach, which including 47 swimmers and raised $2,595 in donations for the benefit of Helping Hands & Hooves. Since 1922, the National Fire Protection Association has been helping local fire departments with educational materials related to fire safety.
