Sandy Relief306 viewsOn Friday, November 16, members of the Mattapoisett Lions Club packed a moving truck full of food and supplies and drove them down to Queens, NY to distribute them to victims of Hurricane Sandy. Nick's Pizza, Oxford Creamery, Mattapoisett Chowder House, On the Go and Panino's all donated soups and hot dogs to be served to those in need. The Rochester Lions Club also cooked chili to serve.
