There was food from local establishments, ornament making, merry music and Santa! The moment was enough to spur two romantic marriage proposals. Helping Hands and Hooves is a non-profit (based in Mattapoisett) that is dedicated to providing therapeutic horseback riding lessons for adults with disabilities. The rain couldn't dampen holiday spirits as visitors enjoyed delicious food and listened to Christmas music performed by the Showstoppers.
