Godspell at ORR50 viewsJesus, played by Max Tucker during the March 31 dress rehearsal, is part of a large ensemble of actors taking part in the Old Rochester Regional High School Drama Club's production of Godspell. Performances are scheduled for Thursday, April 7, at 7:00 pm with additional 7:00 pm performances on Friday and Saturday, April 8-9 and a 2:00 pm closing matinee performance on Palm Sunday, April 10. Old Rochester Regional High School Junior Class50 viewsRather than attending a brunch or family breakfast, several mothers (and some disgruntled teens) supported the Old Rochester Regional High School Junior Class through a calm and sweaty yoga class. Led by Elke Pierre, the class boasted a full house and was influenced by the theme of motherhood. Ms. Pierre not only hosted, but taught, deejayed and planned the yoga as a huge donation of time and effort to her son Markus Pierre’s class. A

The story walk based on the autobiography of Coretta Scott King points to the importance of providing children with printed reading materials that represent diversity and inclusion.

After Class Enrichment 49 viewsPerforming arts and drama courses were offered as part of this year's After Class Enrichment (A.C.E.) sessions at Sippican Elementary School. Students combined painted glass and sand art, assisted by Tabor After School Community Service Volunteers, created clay handles for their vases as part of a collaborative project with the Marion Historical Society, participated in 3D printing, and worked on "Once Upon a Time" STEAM activities.
