Collection for Our Troops478 viewsA collection of goods for troops in Afghanistan by Mattapoisett resident Alicia Sullivan wrapped up this week. The Wanderer office was just one of many Tri-Town locations accepting self-stable foods, stationery, pens, toiletries, and more. In the first couple weeks of November, an winter jacket/hats/gloves drive for veterans will be taking place at the Mattapoisett Fire Station and CapeCod4Troops will be collecting goods as well. Bikes, Bikes, Bikes!477 viewsThe Third Annual Pan Mass Challenge Kids Tri-Town Ride attracted several hundred young bicyclist to the ORR campus on Saturday morning, May 16, for a bike rally to help defeat cancer. Proceeds from the event will go to several charities in the state such as the Jimmy Fund and Dana- Farber Cancer Institute to assist in cancer research.
