Catch the spirit! 462 viewsIt was some tween fun at Old Rochester Regional High School on Sunday, September 5, 2010 when the school’s varsity cheerleaders provided a cheer clinic fundraiser for young, aspiring cheerleaders. These younger cheerleaders will join the varsity squad at the ORR/Nauset football game on September 11, at the ORR David Hagen field at 7:00 pm. Plymouth Sands Trail Riders 462 viewsOn Sunday, October 28, the Plymouth Sands Trail Riders bike club held a hare scramble at the Mattapoisett landfill. The club, which boasts over 300 members from all around New England, had over 100 riders participate in the event. Riders from teens up to seniors took off for the 40 minute races around the 2.5 mile wooded track. The young athletes took part in the traditional Opening Day parade, which began at Dexter Park and concluded at Dexter Field.
