Painting Party472 viewsFriends, neighbors and family of Curtis Doherty joined forces with the Marion DPW to spruce up the Silvershell Beach bath house in Marion over the past several weekends, painting it with environmentally-friendly, low VOC paint. Curtis spent countless hours over his lifetime on Silvershell Beach’s basketball court which flanks the bathhouse. Last year, teammates and friends designed and constructed granite and wood benches for the basketball court in Curtis’ memory.Sep 30, 2008
