How Bread is Made237 viewsSixth-graders Nathaniel King (left) and Julia Winters (right) pose at the work table before lending a hand to a special assembly organized by King Arthur Flour that teaches students the scientific nitty-gritty of how bread is made. Winters had visited the flour company’s headquarters in Vermont last year and thought this program would benefit her fellow students. She and her mother helped bring the program to the Tri-Town.
