Oil Spill Drill12 viewsOn Tuesday, the Town of Mattapoisett hosted a MassDEP-sponsored training course in cooperation with the Town of Fairhaven, representatives from the U.S. Coast Guard, Nuka Research and Planning Group and Moran Environmental Recovery. Working the Mattapoisett Harbormaster boat piloted by P.J. Beaudoin were Assistant Harbormaster Robert Clavin and intern Robert Haskell, and on the Mattapoisett Fire Department boat were Firefighter Daniel Cortes and Lieutenant Ross Macedo.
