Bi Todd Ramp Sign Renewed314 viewsAfter David "Bi" Todd passed away in 2009, Mattapoisett resident Matthew Arguin, along with a friend, came up with a plan to have the state boat ramp dedicated to him after all his years of hauling boats on it. During Irene, the sign was blown down, but someone found it and returned it to the Harbormaster. With the help of local Ed Scholter and Horace Field, the sign was replaced and is better than ever.
