The 1996 Tony-award winning rock-opera will be presented in the ORRHS auditorium at 7:30 pm on March 18, March 19 and March 20, and there will be a day performance on Sunday, March 21 at 2:00 pm. Soles for Soul399 viewsORR high school and junior high school are participating in the “Soles for Souls” campaign to supply gently used shoes to the victims of the earthquake in Haiti. Teacher Margaret Benson said that it’s an attempt to help people who have “lost everything and can’t begin to repair without something to walk in”. Multicultural Festival 374 viewsThe local AFS (American Field Service) held a multicultural festival on Saturday, February 6, 2010 at the Center School in Mattapoisett. The festival included several stations that displayed information about different cultures from around the world. Exchange students from Thailand, Panama and Northern Germany also enjoyed the festivities.
