Ocean Guardian Youth Ambassadors80 viewsFour freshmen from the Upper Cape Cod Regional Technical School’s Environmental Technology Program applied for and are now Ocean Guardian Youth Ambassadors through National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) National Marine Sanctuaries Program.
