The Joseph H. Plumb Memorial Library in Rochester hosted a party to celebrate the release of the seventh and last Harry Potter book, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, on Friday July 20, starting at 9:00 pm and ending at 12:15 am on July 21, the official release date for the book.
