Tie a Blue Ribbon

Don't fear the ribbon. Marion residents may see blue ribbons around trees in the village area, marking particularly large trees near power lines. N Star has attached blue ribbons to "wish list" trees that they would like to remove. They will be in contact with the property owners, who will be able to grant or deny permission.
