Little Neck Expansion

This is a conceptual drawing for the proposed expansion of Marion's Little Neck Village senior housing complex. Pending state and federal funding and local approval, the two-phase project would add 42 new units to the existing 8.69-acre site along with a 1,300 square foot Community Building which could also be used for the town's senior activities.
