An underground tunnel was recently discovered beside the Marion Town House running in the direction of the Elizabeth Taber Library. It was learned that the tunnel extends all the way to the front of Sippican Elementary School. It houses an active sewer line and shows evidence of other functions that could date back to the origins of the buildings. Photo by Mick Colageo - August 5, 2021 edition
