The only contested races in the Annual Mattapoisett Town Election on May 18, 2010 were for Library Trustee and Constable. The rest of the ballot contained incumbents seeking re-election, and two questions: one to make low income and some senior residents exempt from a Community Preservation Act surcharge, and another asking town residents whether or not they wanted to continue using public funds to remove snow and ice from private ways.
