The new studio and playback system for Old Rochester Community Television (ORCTV) is now up and fully functional at their Marion-based facility inside the Captain Hadley House on the corner of Route 6 and Front Street. The system provides a public access channel for the three towns, an education channel for the three towns, and a dedicated government channel for each on both the Comcast and Verizon cable systems.
