Checking out the freshly-lit Rochester Christmas tree is one-year-old Ethan Cooper Fortin. The town enjoyed a beautiful Monday evening and a large turnout, as children gathered on the steps of Town Hall to sing carols, and Santa Claus arrived with a Fire Department escort to hand out candy canes.
