This surplus tanker truck has been repaired and prepared by the Town of Rochester for its impending transport to the fire department in Cayce, Kentucky, a small town devastated by a December 10 tornado. Rochester’s donation is a good fit because the tanker truck was recently replaced and serves the dual purpose necessary to serve a town without fire hydrants. Photos by Mick Colageo
