Jimmy Dexter received his long-awaited Old Rochester Regional High School honorary diploma from Superintendent of Schools Mike Nelson and ORR Principal Mike Devoll during an August 26 luncheon held at the Rochester Senior Center. Andrew Daniel, Rochester facilities manager who was instrumental in bringing the petition to Nelson’s attention, and Dexter’s sister Debbie Townsend both shared words with the packed house that turned out in Dexter’s honor.
