Tire ruts and mounds of mud dug up by the tires of ATVS currently mar the grounds at Washburn Park in Marion. The Charles R. Washburn Trust has ordered signage and will install surveillance cameras in hopes of preventing future damage to the park grounds. ATV use at the park is strictly prohibited. Photos by Jean Perry
