July 4 Road Race

Runners step off for the 36th Annual Mattapoisett Road Race, the town's own July 4 tradition. The 2006 running of the five-mile race ran through Mattapoisett village and around Ned’s Point Lighthouse. Runners were timed by ankle computer chips.
