Mr. Nunes Goes to Washington

Rochester Selectman Richard D. Nunes (third from left) recently worked for three months for Alan D. Lebowitz, the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Program Operations (DASPO) for the Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) in Washington, DC. Mr. Nunes, a lawyer and Senior Investigator for the Boston Regional Office, worked as Special Assistant to the DASPO in the National Office. During this detail, Mr. Nunes was admitted and sworn into the U.S. Supreme Court and also paid a visit to the White House.
