The Tri-County Symphonic Band, under the direction of Philip Sanborn, performed its Con Spirito program on Sunday February 2 at the Old Rochester Regional High School auditorium. In its 52nd concert season, the band welcomed guest French Horn Instrumentalist Roger Haber, and recognized Trumpeter Edith Pliskin on her 94th birthday coming up next week.
