Rochester resident LTC (Ret) Anthony S. Ruocco will be the Principal Speaker at Mattapoisett’s Annual Memorial Day Ceremonies to be held on Monday, May 28 beginning at 1:30 pm at Center School. LTC Ruocco graduated from the United States Military Academy in 1979 and served on the faculty of his alma mater from 1996 until his retirement in 2002, having served 23 years on active duty.
